For the Stuffed Peppers

  • 6 large bell peppers (any color)

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • ½ pound smoked sausage, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup sweet corn

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

2ļøāƒ£ Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place them in a lightly greased baking dish.
