Good morning, folks! 🤠Today’s chuckwagon favorite is a hearty, flavor-packed skillet meal loaded with everything cowboys love—crispy potatoes, savory chili beef, melted cheese, and bold smoky flavor!
This one-pan wonder is simple, filling, and perfect for feeding a hungry crew after a long day.
🥔🌶️🧀 Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3–4 medium potatoes, diced
1 tablespoon oil or bacon grease
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) chili beans (do not drain)
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: sour cream or green onions for topping
