🥔 Beef, Onion & Potato Camp Hash
A humble skillet classic — filling, savory, and perfect for cold evenings.
Ingredients (Serves 6):
1 lb ground beef or chopped stew beef
2 tbsp bacon grease or butter
1 large onion, sliced
4 medium potatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:Brown beef in fat. Add onion and garlic. Stir in potatoes and broth. Cover and simmer 25–30 minutes until tender.
