The weekend is here, and we're serving up three hearty chuckwagon favorites perfect for family dinners, backyard gatherings, and relaxing summer evenings around the table.
🌄 Friday, June 12, 2026
🔥 Cowboy Campfire BBQ Chicken Bacon Potato Skillet 🔥

🍗🥓🥔 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
5 medium potatoes, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook potatoes in a cast iron skillet until tender.
2️⃣ Add onion and chicken and cook until heated through.
3️⃣ Stir in BBQ sauce and half the bacon.
4️⃣ Sprinkle cheese over the top.
5️⃣ Cover and cook until cheese melts.
6️⃣ Top with remaining bacon before serving.
🥄 Serving Tip
Serve with coleslaw and cornbread. 🌽

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Taco Crescent Ring 🔥

🌮🧀🥩 Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
Sour cream and salsa for serving
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown beef and stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes.
2️⃣ Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on a baking sheet.
3️⃣ Spoon beef mixture onto the dough.
4️⃣ Sprinkle cheese over the filling.
5️⃣ Fold dough over and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips, guacamole, and salsa. 🥑

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese 🔥

🥩🧀🍝 Ingredients
2 cups cooked brisket, shredded
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon black pepper
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook macaroni according to package directions.
2️⃣ Melt butter and stir in milk and cheeses.
3️⃣ Add macaroni and brisket.
4️⃣ Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serve with:

Corn on the cob 🌽
Peach cobbler 🍑
