“It’s Okay to Feel It All”
Scripture: “Cast all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”— 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)
Grief does not come with a single emotion. It comes with many.
Some days you may feel sadness and gratitude side by side.Other days you may feel peace in one moment and deep ache in the next. You might even feel guilt for smiling, or exhaustion from carrying so much inside.
Today, God gently reminds you: it’s okay to feel it all.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. There is no emotion God cannot hold.Nothing you feel is too much for Him.
God invites you to bring all your care—not just the parts that feel holy or composed. He cares for the tears you understand and the ones you don’t. He cares for the love that still longs, the questions that remain unanswered, and the emotions that rise unexpectedly.
You don’t need to sort your feelings before coming to God.You don’t need to explain them. You simply need to bring them.
Today, give yourself permission to feel without judgment. Let God carry what feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. Healing is not about controlling emotions—it’s about being honest and allowing God to meet you there.
You are not failing at grief. You are loving. And God cares deeply for you.
🤍 Prayer
Lord,Thank You for caring for every part of my heart. Help me release the pressure to grieve a certain way and give me freedom to feel honestly. Carry what feels heavy today and surround me with Your peace and compassion. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
