🌎 July Heritage Celebrations
July is American Heritage Month, a time to reflect on the people, traditions, and values that have helped shape our nation.
It is also National Ice Cream Month, proclaimed by President Ronald Reagan in 1984. What better excuse to gather with family and friends, enjoy your favorite frozen treat, and make sweet summer memories?
July is also recognized as National Picnic Month, encouraging us to get outdoors, enjoy God's beautiful creation, and spend quality time with those we love.
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above..."— James 1:17 (KJV)

🎉 Fun July Facts
☀️ July is one of the warmest months of the year across much of the United States.
🍉 Fresh watermelon, sweet corn, peaches, tomatoes, and home gardens are in full swing.
🏕️ Families everywhere are enjoying camping trips, vacations, boating adventures, county fairs, and making lifelong memories.
Here in North Carolina, we've been experiencing several days with temperatures soaring well into the triple digits! 🥵 If you're in this summer heat too, remember to stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and check on your neighbors—especially our seniors and those working outdoors.
And yes... we're all thankful for whoever invented air conditioning! 😊

🌸 Thought for Today
Every generation leaves a legacy.
May ours be remembered not only for what we accomplished, but for how we loved, served, encouraged others, and pointed people to Jesus.
"The righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance."— Psalm 112:6 (KJV)
Have a wonderful Monday, and may God richly bless you and your family!
