## 🍓 Berry Smoothie

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1 tsp honey

Blend and enjoy!


## 🧃 Honey Berry Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1 cup water or milk

- 1/2 cup berries

- 1 tsp honey

Cook oats, stir in berries and honey.
