Though not an official Christian holiday, today is a meaningful moment to pause and reflect on God’s faithfulness throughout the month of April. As we close the month, let’s recommit our hearts to trusting Him daily.

*“It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”*

**🌍 National Holidays:**

- **National Honesty Day**: Created to promote truthfulness and integrity in relationships and leadership. Let us remember that Christ calls us to walk in truth, for He is the Truth.

- **National Raisin Day**: A sweet way to end the month—raisin lovers unite! As raisins are fruits preserved and sweetened over time, may we remember that seasons of waiting can yield lasting fruit in our faith walk.

- **International Jazz Day**: Celebrating unity and creativity through music. Praise comes in many forms—and joyful music is a powerful way to glorify God!

**📜 History and Heritage:**

- **1789**: George Washington is inaugurated as the first President of the United States in New York City, setting the tone for leadership under God.

- **1803**: The United States purchases the Louisiana Territory from France in the Louisiana Purchase, doubling the size of the young nation.

**🌤️ Faith Reflection:**
