š Chicken & Vegetable Camp Stew
A gentle, nourishing stew ā light but filling.
Ingredients (Serves 6ā8):
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
4ā5 cups chicken broth
Thyme, salt & pepper
Instructions:SautƩ vegetables in butter. Add broth, chicken, and seasoning. Simmer 35 minutes.
