šŸ’œ Agape Love Author Devotional February 14thā€œWrite From Love, Not for Applauseā€

ā€œWrite From Love, Not for Applauseā€

Key Scripture (KJV):

ā€œLet all your things be done with charity.ā€ā€” 1 Corinthians 16:14

šŸ’Œ Devotional Thought

Today the world celebrates love.

But as an author, your greatest calling is not to write for recognition, sales, applause, or validation.

You are called to write from love.

Agape love.

The kind of love that:

  • Writes truth when it would be easier to stay silent.

  • Tells hard stories so someone else can heal.

  • Shares testimony so another heart can find hope.

  • Pens words soaked in prayer before they ever reach the page.

If your writing is rooted in love, it will outlast trends. If it is rooted in obedience, it will outlive criticism. If it is rooted in God, it will change lives — even when you never see the fruit.

You don’t write to be seen. You write because God sees you.

On this Valentine’s Day, remember:The greatest love story you will ever write is the one that reflects Christ through your words.

āœļø Author Reflection Questions

  1. Am I writing for applause, or am I writing from love?

  2. Is my current project flowing from obedience or from pressure?

  3. Who might need the message God has placed on my heart?

šŸ’œ Prayer for the Author

Father God,On this day of love, anchor my writing in You.Let every word I write be seasoned with grace.Remove fear of criticism and desire for approval.Teach me to write from agape love — the kind that heals, restores, and points others to You.May my pen be guided by Your Spirit and my pages reflect Your heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🌷 Author Encouragement

Sarah, you are not just writing books. You are building legacy. You are planting seeds. You are leaving light in ink form.
