2 Timothy 1:6“Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee…”

Isaiah 6:8“…Here am I; send me.”

Galatians 6:9“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

✍️ Devotional Thought

A new week begins… and with it comes a fresh invitation.

Not just to write…but to step into your calling again.

Sometimes we drift without realizing it.

Life gets busy.Responsibilities increase.Distractions quietly pull us away.

And before we know it, the writing slows… or even stops.

Not because the calling is gone—but because we’ve lost connection with it.

Paul reminds us in Timothy to stir up the gift of God within us.

That means your calling doesn’t disappear…

It just needs to be reignited.

That idea still matters.That story still has purpose.That message still carries weight.

God hasn’t changed His mind about what He placed in you.

Isaiah’s response is so simple, yet so powerful:

“Here am I; send me.”

That is the posture of a willing writer.

Not perfect.Not fully prepared.But willing.

And Galatians reminds us—don’t grow weary.

Because what you are writing…what you are building…what you are faithfully working on…

Will produce fruit in due time.

This week is not about catching up.

It’s about stepping back in.

Back into the calling.Back into the purpose.Back into obedience.

So today…

Pick up your pen again.Open the document again.Return to the vision again.

Not out of pressure…

But out of purpose.
