🌿 Wednesday, April 8, 2026✨ Write Even When It’s Hard ✨

šŸ“– Scripture (KJV)

Psalm 34:18ā€œThe LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heartā€¦ā€

2 Corinthians 12:9ā€œMy grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weaknessā€¦ā€

Romans 5:3–4ā€œā€¦tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:ā€

āœļø Devotional Thought

Some of the hardest days to write…

are often the most meaningful ones.

Days when your heart feels heavy.Days when your mind feels tired.Days when emotions run deep.

On those days, writing can feel like a struggle.

But those are also the days when your words carry a different kind of depth.

Psalm 34 reminds us that God is near to the brokenhearted.

That means you are not alone in the hard moments.

He is right there with you.

2 Corinthians tells us that His grace is enough.

Not just for life…but for your writing too.

When you feel weak…He is strong.

When you feel unsure…He is steady.

When you feel empty…He fills.

And Romans reminds us that even the difficult seasons are producing something:

✨ Patience✨ Growth✨ Hope

As a writer, those experiences shape your voice.

They deepen your message. They add authenticity to your story.

You don’t have to hide the hard days.

You don’t have to wait until everything feels ā€œperfectā€ to write.

Sometimes…

The most powerful words are written in the middle of the struggle.

Not polished.Not perfect.But real.

So today, if writing feels hard…

Write anyway.

Write through it.Write honestly.Write with God right there beside you.

Because He can take even your hardest moments…

And turn them into something that brings hope to someone else.

🌿 Wednesday Reflection

Am I avoiding writing because it feels hard right now?

What emotions or experiences could God be asking me to write through?

How can I invite God into my writing today?

šŸ™ Prayer

Father,Thank You for being near to me in every moment, especially the hard ones. Help me to trust You even when writing feels difficult. Give me strength when I feel weak and courage to write honestly. Use my words—especially the ones written in struggle—to bring hope and healing to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

šŸ’œ Wednesday Author Encouragement

Hard days don’t stop your calling…They deepen it.

Write through it—God is with you. āœļøšŸ“–āœØ
