Happy Friday, dear friends!

As the week winds down, it’s easy to feel stretched thin—maybe mentally, physically, even spiritually. But here’s the good news: God doesn’t just help us start strong… He equips us to finish well. Whether your week looked like progress or survival, He’s proud of you for still standing. And more than that—He’s still holding you.

Today, let’s walk with our eyes fixed on the One who sustains us, who calms the storm, and who never lets go of His children.

“The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.”— Nahum 1:7 (KJV)

What a promise! The Lord isn’t sometimes good—He is always good. Not only is He a shelter in trouble, but He knows those who trust Him. He sees you. He hears your whispered prayers. He watches over your coming and going—and He doesn’t miss a moment of your faithfulness.

If you’re weary today, let this be your refuge:The Lord is your stronghold, and He knows you by name.
