Gratitude in Every Season
Good morning, beloved!
Life is not always easy, and many of us carry burdens, heartaches, or memories of loss. Yet even in the hardest seasons, God is faithful. Gratitude lifts our eyes from the struggles and reminds us of the One who carries us through them all. Choosing thankfulness doesn’t mean ignoring pain—it means trusting that God is working all things for our good.
✝️ Verse of the Day “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”— Philippians 4:13 (KJV)
This verse is more than encouragement—it is a promise. No matter the obstacle, Christ provides the strength we need to endure and overcome.
Gratitude doesn’t deny the storm—it recognizes the Savior in the storm.

Saturday Reflection: Gratitude as Strength
When we choose gratitude, even in suffering, we find that our hearts grow stronger. Gratitude is not about ignoring pain but about seeing God’s hand of mercy in every step of the journey.
Gratitude transforms weakness into worship.
Saturday Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your strength and faithfulness. Even in difficult seasons, help me to live with gratitude, trusting that You are carrying me. Fill my heart with peace, hope, and joy today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Today’s Challenge: Write down three things you’re thankful for today, even if life feels heavy. Let gratitude shift your perspective.
May your Saturday be filled with thankfulness, peace, and the strength that only Christ can provide.
With love and gratitude, Sarah M. Skaggs Agape Love Ministry “Gratitude is the song of the heart that trusts God through it all. ”Agape Love Blog – Saturday, October 4, 2025
