Good morning! 🤠Today’s chuckwagon favorite brings a little coastal flair to the trail—a rich, buttery, and flavorful one-pan meal that’s quick, easy, and absolutely delicious!
With tender shrimp, seasoned rice, and a creamy garlic butter sauce, this dish feels special while still keeping that simple chuckwagon spirit.
🍤🧄🍚 Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
Optional: fresh parsley or lemon juice
