🔥 Cowboy Campfire BBQ Chicken Loaded Potato Boats 🔥

🥔🍗🧀 Ingredients

  • 4 large baked potatoes

  • 2 cups shredded chicken

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • Green onions for topping

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Bake potatoes until tender.2️⃣ Mix chicken with BBQ sauce.3️⃣ Slice potatoes open and fluff insides.4️⃣ Fill with BBQ chicken mixture.5️⃣ Top with cheese and bacon.6️⃣ Bake or heat until cheese melts.

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Sausage, Corn & Potato Boil 🔥

🌽🌭🥔 Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped

  • 3 ears corn, cut into pieces

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Boil potatoes until nearly tender.2️⃣ Add corn and sausage; cook another 10 minutes.3️⃣ Drain water and return to pot.4️⃣ Toss with butter and seasonings.5️⃣ Stir well and serve hot.

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Creamy Beef Tips & Noodles 🔥

🥩🍝 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 cups beef broth

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 bag egg noodles

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown beef in butter or oil until nicely seared.2️⃣ Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.3️⃣ Stir in broth and soup.4️⃣ Simmer low for 1½–2 hours until beef is tender.5️⃣ Cook noodles separately and serve beef mixture over noodles.
