1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup BBQ sauce
Hamburger buns

3 lb beef brisket
4ā5 potatoes, chopped
1 onion, sliced
3 cups beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
š„ Instructions
