🔥 Cowboy Campfire Loaded Nacho Skillet 🔥

🌮🧀 Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
1 bag tortilla chips
1½ cups shredded cheese
Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, salsa
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.2️⃣ Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water.3️⃣ Add black beans and mix well.4️⃣ Layer tortilla chips over the beef mixture.5️⃣ Sprinkle cheese generously on top.6️⃣ Cover and heat until cheese is melted.

🍳🌭 Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups cubed bread or biscuits
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook sausage and set aside.2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.3️⃣ Add bread cubes and sausage to mixture.4️⃣ Pour into a greased skillet or Dutch oven.5️⃣ Top with cheese.6️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until set.

🍗🥕 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken
3 cups chicken broth
3–4 potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven or large pot.2️⃣ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.3️⃣ Simmer for 30–40 minutes until vegetables are tender.4️⃣ Stir occasionally and adjust seasoning as needed.
