🔥 Cowboy Campfire Sloppy Joe Skillet 🔥

🍔🥩 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¾ cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: hamburger buns

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.2️⃣ Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.3️⃣ Stir in ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and pepper.4️⃣ Simmer for 10–15 minutes until thickened.

🥔🍳 Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen or fresh hashbrowns

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage

  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 4–6 eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook sausage until browned; set aside.2️⃣ Cook hashbrowns until crispy and golden.3️⃣ Add onion and cook until soft.4️⃣ Return sausage and mix together.5️⃣ Crack eggs over top and cook to desired doneness.6️⃣ Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.

  • 3–4 potatoes, diced

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon parsley

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Add potatoes, broth, onion, and garlic to a pot.2️⃣ Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender (15–20 minutes).3️⃣ Stir in ham, milk, and seasonings.4️⃣ Simmer another 5–10 minutes until creamy and heated through.
