📖 Daily Devotional – May 16, 2025“Walk Worthy of the Calling”

📜 “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.”—Colossians 1:10 (KJV)

God didn’t just call you—He equipped you.You are not an afterthought. You are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works that He prepared before time began (Ephesians 2:10). And today, you are being invited once again to walk worthy of that high calling.

But walking worthy doesn’t mean striving for perfection—it means walking in faithful obedience. It means waking up each day with a “yes” in your spirit, willing to be used by Him in both big and small ways.

The world may tell you you’re not enough. But God already declared that in Him, you are fully equipped. You don’t need to impress anyone. Just follow Jesus. He will make your path clear.

• What does “walking worthy” look like in your life today?

• How can you use your gifts, words, or time to be fruitful for God?

• Where is God increasing your knowledge and deepening your trust?

🙏 Prayer:Lord, thank You for calling me and for giving me everything I need to walk in that calling. Help me not to compare myself to others, but to be faithful in what You’ve given me. Let my life bear fruit that pleases You, and draw me deeper into knowing You more. In Jesus’ name, amen.

📝 Action Step:Encourage someone else in their calling today. A simple message of affirmation might be the fuel they need to keep going.
