Bible Study: Choosing Godās Way Over Ours
šļø Key Scripture (KJV):āFor my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.āā Isaiah 55:8
š Devotional Thought:
One of the clearest signs of walking closely with God is the willingness to choose His way over our own.
Godās ways are higher, wiser, and often different from what we expect. When we insist on our own understanding, we risk missing what God is doing. But when we trust His ways, we step into peace and purpose.
Choosing Godās way requires humility. It means letting go of control and trusting that God sees the full pictureāeven when we do not.
Today invites us to pause, surrender our plans, and say, āLord, I choose Your way.ā
š Prayer Prompt:Lord, help me release my plans and trust Yours.Teach me to walk in Your ways, even when they differ from my own.
āļø Reflection Questions:⢠Where am I tempted to rely on my own understanding?⢠What would it look like to fully trust Godās way today?
⨠Encouragement:Godās way always leads closer to Him.
