“God Walks With You Into What’s Next”

Scripture:

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”— Proverbs 3:5 (KJV)

As the days of the new year unfold, uncertainty may quietly settle in. You may wonder what this year will hold, how grief will continue to shape your days, or how to trust God when the path ahead feels unclear.

God does not ask you to understand the journey—He asks you to trust Him with it.

Grief often leaves unanswered questions.Why things happened the way they did.Why some prayers were answered differently than hoped.Why the future feels unfamiliar.

But Proverbs reminds us that trust is not built on understanding—it is built on relationship.

When you lean on God instead of your own understanding, you allow Him to guide your steps even when the way forward feels foggy. He sees what you cannot. He knows where healing will take root. He understands how to carry you into what’s next without asking you to let go of what you still love.

January 3rd is not about having clarity.It’s about choosing trust—quietly, gently, honestly.

You don’t have to see the whole road.You don’t have to feel ready.You only have to take today’s step, trusting that God is walking beside you.

And He is faithful to lead you—every single day of this new year.
