âGod Is Steady When You Feel Shakenâ
Scripture:
âWhen thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow theeâŠââ Isaiah 43:2 (KJV)
Grief has a way of shaking what once felt secure.Emotions rise unexpectedly.Memories surface without warning. Some days you feel grounded, and other days feel like youâre wading through deep waters.
God never promised that grief wouldnât come. But He did promise you would not face it alone.
âWhen thou passest through the watersâŠâNot if.But when.
This scripture doesnât deny the depth of sorrowâit meets you inside it. God walks with you through the waters of grief, not around them. He keeps the waters from overwhelming you, even when they feel high.
You may feel shaken today, but God is steady. You may feel uncertain, but God is sure. You may feel tired, but God remains strong.
You are not sinking. You are not forgotten. You are being carried through something sacred and painfulâand God is holding you every step of the way.
Today, trust that even in the deepest waters, His presence surrounds you. You are safe in His care, even when the journey feels heavy.
đ Prayer:
Lord,When grief feels like deep waters, remind me that You are with me. Steady my heart when emotions rise and help me trust that You will not let this season overwhelm me. Thank You for walking with me through every step and carrying me with Your faithful love.In Jesusâ Name, Amen.
