šŸ“– January Bible Study — New Beginnings in Christ Day 8 – January 8th, 2026: Strength for the Journey Ahead

šŸ•Šļø Key Scripture (KJV):ā€œI can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.ā€ā€” Philippians 4:13

šŸ“š Devotional Thought:

Moving forward with Jesus doesn’t mean we will always feel strong—but it does mean we will never walk alone.

As the new year unfolds, there may be days when the journey feels heavy. The future can feel demanding, uncertain, or even overwhelming at times. But God never asks us to rely on our own strength. He invites us to lean fully on His.

Philippians 4:13 is not a promise that life will be easy—it is a promise that Christ will supply the strength we needĀ for whatever He calls us to face.

Strength in Christ looks different than worldly strength. It is peace in the middle of uncertainty. It is endurance when answers are delayed. It is courage when fear tries to take over.

God strengthens us not just to survive—but to walk forward with confidence, purpose, and faith.

January 8th reminds us that the future Jesus has for us does not depend on our ability—it depends on His power working within us.

When we stop looking back and start trusting Christ’s strength, we discover that we are more equipped than we ever imagined—because He is with us.

šŸ“– Daily Bible Reading — January 8th:Genesis 18–19(A reminder that God is powerful, faithful, and fully aware of what lies ahead—even when circumstances feel overwhelming.)

šŸ™ Prayer Prompt:

Lord, thank You for being my strength. When I feel weak or uncertain, remind me that Your power is made perfect in my weakness.Help me trust You to strengthen me for every step ahead.

āœļø Reflection Questions:

• Where do I need God’s strength the most right now?• Have I been trying to rely on my own ability instead of Christ’s power?• What would change if I truly believed Christ is strengthening me today?

✨ Encouragement for Tomorrow

You don’t have to be strong enough. You don’t have to have it all together.

You only have to trust the One who strengthens you.

Walk forward—Christ is your strength.Ā šŸ’œ
