š Morning Devotional ā Godās Strength in Our Weakness
Scripture (KJV):āThe Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.ā ā Psalm 28:7
Reflection: When life feels overwhelming, we often try to handle everything ourselvesāonly to end up weary and discouraged. But when we place our trust fully in God, He becomes our strength and shield. His power carries us through the moments when our own strength runs out.
Even in your weakest hour, God is working behind the scenes. Every battle youāve faced and every tear youāve cried has been seen by Him. He doesnāt waste a single moment of your pain; He uses it to build perseverance, deepen faith, and draw you closer to His heart.
So, lift your head today. You are not standing in your strength but in His. And with that confidence, you can praise Him even before the breakthrough comes.
Morning Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my strength when I am weak and my shield when I feel vulnerable. Fill my heart with peace and courage today. Help me to trust You completely and praise You through every season. In Jesusā name, Amen.
š Evening Devotional ā Resting in Godās Promises
Scripture (KJV):āCome unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.ā ā Matthew 11:28
Reflection: As the day winds down, take a moment to breathe and rest in the promises of God. Youāve done what you could today, and thatās enough. God doesnāt expect perfectionāHe simply asks that you come to Him.
He knows the weight you carry, the thoughts that keep you up at night, and the worries you try to hide. When you lay those burdens at His feet, peace will replace anxiety. True rest isnāt found in a quiet roomāitās found in the presence of Jesus.
So tonight, let go of whatās out of your control. God is still on the throne, still working all things for your good, and still holding you in His hands.
Evening Prayer: Father, thank You for the peace that only You can give. Help me to release todayās burdens and trust that You are working in my life even while I sleep. Calm my heart, renew my spirit, and remind me that Your promises never fail. In Jesusā name, Amen.
