“Stones of Remembrance & Hope”
Theme:Honoring what God has done and trusting Him with what’s ahead.
This craft is deeply biblical, reflective, and powerful — a quiet way to mark the end of the year with God.
❤️ What You’ll Need:
2 smooth stones per person (river rocks or flat pebbles)
Paint pens or permanent markers (white, gold, or black)
Small bowl, basket, or tray
Optional:
Candle
Scripture card
Twine label
Marker with metallic ink
✨ Directions:
1. The “Remembrance” Stone
On the first stone, write:
One word, phrase, or date that represents how God carried you through 2025
Examples:
“Faithful”
“Healed”
“Provision”
“Strength”
“Answered”
“Still Standing”
Hold the stone and thank God specifically for what He did this year.
2. The “Hope” Stone
On the second stone, write:
One word or prayer you’re trusting God with for 2026
Examples:
“Peace”
“Rest”
“Direction”
“Healing”
“Trust”
“New Beginnings”
Pray over this stone, releasing the future into God’s hands.
3. Create the Display
Place both stones together in a small bowl or tray.Add a candle if desired and light it as you pray.
You may label the bowl:“The Lord Has Been Faithful – 2025”
4. Keep as a Marker
Keep the stones visible through January
Revisit them throughout the year
Add a new pair each year as a growing testimony
✝️ Faith Reflection:
Joshua 4:7 (KJV)“These stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.”
God instructed His people to mark His faithfulness, so it would never be forgotten — even in future generations.
🌿 Closing Thought for 2025
You didn’t just survive this year. You were carried.
And the same God who walked you through 2025is already waiting for you in 2026.
