🌿 Friday, March 27, 2026✨ Finish What You Started ✨

đź“– Scripture (KJV)

Philippians 1:6“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it…”

Ecclesiastes 7:8“Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof…”

Hebrews 10:23“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)”

✍️ Devotional Thought

Starting something is exciting.

A new idea…A new story…A fresh vision…

The beginning often comes with inspiration, energy, and excitement.

But finishing?

That’s where the real work happens.

Somewhere between the first chapter and the last page, doubt can creep in.

You may feel stuck. You may feel tired. You may wonder if you should even continue.

But God didn’t just call you to start…

He called you to finish.

Philippians reminds us that the work God begins in us, He will complete.

That means the story placed in your heart wasn’t given to you by accident.

It has purpose. It has direction. And it has an ending that God already sees.

Ecclesiastes tells us that the end of a thing is better than the beginning.

Why?

Because finishing represents:

✨ Faithfulness✨ Obedience✨ Endurance

Hebrews encourages us to hold fast—without wavering.

That means when doubt whispers, you keep writing. When progress feels slow, you keep writing. When no one else sees it, you keep writing.

Because God sees it.

And He is faithful to what He promised.

You don’t have to finish everything today.

You just have to keep moving forward.

One chapter closer. One page closer. One step closer to completion.

The book you started…

is worth finishing.

🌿 Friday Reflection

What project have I started that I need to continue?

What is holding me back from finishing?

What is one step I can take today to move forward?

🙏 Prayer

Father,Thank You for the vision You have placed in my heart. Help me not only to begin, but to finish what You have called me to do. Strengthen me when I feel discouraged, and give me the discipline to keep going. Remind me that You are faithful to complete the work You started in me.In Jesus’ name, Amen.

đź’ś Friday Author Encouragement

You were called to start…and you are called to finish.

Keep going—your story is closer than you think. ✍️📖✨
