Growing Closer to God Daily Through His Word

🌅 “One Step at a Time” 🌅

Good morning, beautiful soul.

Sometimes when we think about the future, it can feel overwhelming.

There are so many unknowns.So many decisions.So many things we wish we could see clearly.

But God never asked us to see the entire road ahead.

He only asks us to trust Him with the next step.

The psalmist reminds us of this beautiful truth:

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”— Psalm 119:105 (KJV)

A lamp does not light the entire journey.It simply shows enough light for the next step.

That is how God often leads us.

Not with a floodlight revealing everything at once—but with a gentle light guiding us one step at a time.

If God showed us the entire journey at once, we might feel overwhelmed. But when He guides us step by step, we learn to trust Him daily.

Today, you may not know everything about tomorrow.

That’s okay.

God already stands in tomorrow.

Your responsibility is not to figure out the whole path.Your responsibility is to follow the light He gives today.

Take the step He is showing you.

Trust Him with the rest.
