🌿 “Be Still and Know” 🌿

Good morning, beautiful soul.

Life can get loud.

Schedules fill up…Thoughts race…Responsibilities demand our attention…

And before we know it, our hearts feel overwhelmed and our minds feel restless.

In the middle of all that noise, God gently invites us into something different.

Stillness.

“Be still, and know that I am God…”— Psalm 46:10 (KJV)

Stillness is not just about being quiet.It’s about pausing long enough to remember who God is.

It’s about stepping away from the noise…and stepping into His presence.

When we slow down, we begin to see more clearly.We remember that God is in control.We realize we don’t have to carry everything on our own.

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.”— Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)

Peace comes when we fix our hearts and minds on Him.

Not on the chaos…Not on the worry…Not on the “what ifs”…

But on God.

So today…

Take a moment to be still.

Turn off the noise.Quiet your heart.Breathe in His presence.

You don’t have to have all the answers right now.

You just need to remember who is in control.

And He is faithful.

What is distracting my heart today, and how can I create space to be still before God?

🙏 Prayer

Father,In the middle of life’s busyness, help me to be still and remember that You are God. Quiet my thoughts, calm my heart, and draw me closer to You. Fill me with Your peace as I rest in Your presence today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
