🌿 “Rest in His Presence” 🌿

Good morning, beautiful soul.

In a world that constantly pushes us to do more…be more…and keep going…

God offers us something different.

Rest.

Not just physical rest—but rest for your soul.

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”— Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

Jesus doesn’t ask you to have it all together before coming to Him.

He invites you just as you are—tired…burdened…weary…

And He promises rest.

So often, we try to carry everything ourselves.We hold onto stress, worry, and responsibilitieslike it all depends on us.

But God never intended for you to live weighed down.

“Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee…”— Psalm 55:22 (KJV)

When you bring your burdens to Him,He doesn’t just take them—He sustains you.

He strengthens you.He refreshes your spirit.

Rest is found in His presence.

It’s found in slowing down…in quiet moments of prayer…in sitting with Him without rushing away.

So today…

Take a moment to pause.

Breathe deeply.Lay your burdens at His feet.

You don’t have to carry it all.

Rest in Him.

What burdens am I carrying today that I need to release to God so I can truly rest in His presence?

Father,Thank You for inviting me to rest in Your presence. Help me to release every burden, every worry, and every stress to You. Fill my heart with Your peace and renew my strength as I draw near to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
