“Tears Are Not Weakness”

Scripture: “Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?”— Psalm 56:8 (KJV)

Grief often comes with tears.

Sometimes they arrive quietly.Sometimes they come unexpectedly.And sometimes they fall when you thought you were doing okay.

Many people feel pressure to be strong.They try to hold everything inside, afraid that crying means they are weak.

But God sees tears differently.

Scripture tells us that He collects our tears in His bottle. Every tear matters to Him. Every moment of heartbreak is seen and remembered.

Tears are not weakness.

They are love expressing itself.They are the heart remembering someone precious.They are part of the healing journey.

When tears come, let them come. You do not have to hide them from God. He understands the depth of the love you carry and the pain that comes with loss.

And even in those tear-filled moments, God is gently holding your heart.

Nothing about your grief is invisible to Him.

Lord,You see every tear and every ache in my heart. Thank You for caring so deeply about my pain. Help me find comfort in Your presence and remind me that my grief and my tears are seen by You. Hold my heart close and bring peace to my spirit today. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
