Theme: Your Writing Is a WitnessScripture:“Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men.” — 2 Corinthians 3:2 (KJV)
Every word you write tells a story — not only of your thoughts but of your heart. Whether you’re crafting devotionals, novels, or personal reflections, your writing becomes a witness of who you are and Who you serve.
Paul reminded the church that their lives were like letters — visible testimonies of Christ’s work within them. The same is true for you as a writer. Your faith, compassion, perseverance, and hope flow through your words. Every paragraph becomes an open letter to the world, declaring God’s love and truth.
You may never know all the people who read your work, but each sentence can touch a heart, plant a seed, or spark faith in someone who desperately needs encouragement. What a beautiful calling — to write words that speak long after you’re finished writing them.
So today, let your writing reflect the Light within you. Don’t hold back your faith, your testimony, or your gratitude. The world is reading your words — and through them, they can see Jesus.
Reflection Prayer:
Lord, thank You for allowing my words to be a reflection of Your heart. Help me to write with authenticity and faith, knowing that every word has the power to point others toward You. Let my writing be a living testimony of Your grace and truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Today’s Challenge:Think of one way your writing can shine Christ’s light this week — maybe a social post, a short story, or a letter to encourage someone. Write it with the purpose of leaving a trail of faith for others to follow.
