✍️ Author Devotional – November 11, 2025

Theme: Words That EndureScripture:“The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” — Isaiah 40:8 (KJV)

As writers, we pour our hearts into every word — hoping they’ll make an impact, inspire someone, or bring a moment of peace to a weary soul. Yet even our best writing fades in comparison to the everlasting truth of God’s Word.

What an incredible privilege it is to be a vessel through which that eternal truth flows! When we write under His guidance, our words carry more than just human thought — they carry divine purpose. Even if our names are forgotten, God’s message never will be. His Word endures, touching hearts long after ink has dried and pages have yellowed.

So today, write with eternity in mind. Don’t strive for fleeting success or applause. Write words that will outlive trends, rooted in the unshakable truth of Scripture. Let every line you pen echo the everlasting voice of God.

Your writing may fade from sight, but when anchored in His Word, its impact never will.

Reflection Prayer:

Lord, thank You for allowing me to share words that reflect Your eternal truth. Help me to write with purpose, guided by Your Spirit, and grounded in Your Word. May everything I write glorify You and endure through the power of Your truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge:Choose one scripture today and write a short devotional, reflection, or prayer inspired by it. Ask God to make your words an extension of His everlasting Word — timeless, true, and full of grace.
