✍️ Author Devotional – October 25, 2025 Small Seeds, Eternal Harvest

Theme: Small Seeds, Eternal Harvest Scripture: “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” — Isaiah 55:11 (KJV)

Sometimes as writers, we wonder if our words are making any difference. We post devotions, finish chapters, share our stories — and still question whether anyone is listening. But God assures us that His Word never returns void. When we write with hearts aligned to His purpose, our words become seeds of faith planted in unseen soil.

You may not always see the results right away, but Heaven does. Your obedience to write is part of God’s greater plan — a plan that touches hearts, stirs repentance, brings comfort, and points souls back to Christ.

Every sentence you write in faith carries the breath of eternity. Even if your message reaches one person, it’s worth it — because that one person matters deeply to God.

Your calling isn’t to count the harvest; it’s to plant faithfully. God will take care of the growth.

Reflection Prayer:

Lord, thank You for the reminder that every word You give me has a purpose. Help me to write faithfully, trusting You with the results. Use my words to reach the hearts You’ve already prepared. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge:Write a short piece — even a paragraph — as a seed of encouragement for someone else. Post it, share it, or tuck it away for later. Trust that God will bring it to the right heart at the right time.
