Theme: Faith Over Feelings Scripture:“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)

As writers, we often crave visible results — book sales, positive feedback, growing audiences. But God calls us to something greater: to write by faith, not by sight.

Faith-filled writing means trusting that your words have purpose even when you can’t see their impact. It’s choosing to show up on the days when inspiration feels distant, and believing that God can use your obedience to touch lives you may never meet.

Sometimes the fruit of your labor won’t be visible in this lifetime. But the Word of God assures us that when we walk — and write — by faith, we are building something eternal. Every story, poem, devotional, or journal entry written with a heart surrendered to Christ is a seed of truth that He can multiply in ways far beyond our imagination.

Feelings change, but God’s faithfulness doesn’t. Don’t let emotions dictate your devotion. Keep writing. Keep trusting. Keep sowing in faith — because the One who called you to write is faithful to bring the harvest.

Reflection Prayer:

Lord, thank You for reminding me to walk by faith and not by sight. Help me to trust You with every word I write — even when I can’t see the results. Strengthen my heart to keep writing for Your glory, believing that You are using my words for Your divine purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge:Write something today that requires faith — a testimony, a message of hope, or a story that stretches your trust in God’s plan. Let it be a declaration that you are writing in faith, not fear.
