✍️ Author Devotional – October 30, 2025 Writing with Boldness

✍️ Author Devotional – October 30, 2025

Theme: Writing with Boldness Scripture:“ And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word.” — Acts 4:29 (KJV)

Every writer who carries a message from God will eventually face opposition — from self-doubt, fear, criticism, or even the silence that follows obedience. But just as the early believers prayed for boldness to proclaim God’s truth, you too are called to write with holy courage.

Boldness doesn’t mean arrogance; it means confidence in the message and the Master who gave it to you. When the world says to water it down, God says to speak it clearly. When fear whispers, “What if they don’t like it?” faith responds, “It’s not about being liked — it’s about being obedient.”

God’s Word is living and powerful, and when you write under His direction, your words carry eternal impact. Don’t let fear silence your pen. Let your faith lead it. Remember — the One who called you to write is the same One who promised to speak through you.

So, write boldly. Write truthfully. Write fearlessly. For you are writing on behalf of the King of Kings.

Reflection Prayer:

Lord, give me boldness to write Your truth with courage and love. Help me not to shrink back in fear but to trust You with every word. Let my writing bring light where there is darkness and hope where there is despair. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge: Write a passage or devotional today that takes courage to say. Don’t worry about pleasing people — focus on pleasing God. Let His truth flow from your heart to your pen.
