✍️ Author’s Daily Devotional – October 14, 2025Theme: Writing in God’s Strength Title: Refilled to Write Again Scripture: “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”—Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

Devotional: Even the most passionate writers face moments of exhaustion—times when inspiration feels distant and the desire to create runs dry. But the beauty of walking with God is this: when your strength runs out, His never does.

Waiting on the Lord doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means resting in His presence, letting Him refill what life and labor have drained. In those still moments, He renews your vision, sharpens your message, and reminds you why you began.

The words will return. The passion will rekindle. And when it does, you’ll write with fresh anointing—stronger, clearer, and deeper than before. God doesn’t just restore your strength; He renews your purpose.

So today, pause and let Him refill you. When you write again, let it be from overflow, not exhaustion.

Reflection Prompt: Where do you need God to renew your strength as a writer today?

Prayer: Lord, thank You for renewing my strength when I grow weary. Help me to wait in Your presence and draw fresh inspiration from Your Spirit. Fill me again so that my words carry life and power for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
