✍️ Devotional for Authors: “Called to Write, Anointed to Share”
📖 “And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”
—Habakkuk 2:2 (KJV)
Dear Writers,
You were not given your words by accident. The stories stirring within you, the truth burning in your bones, the characters that whisper at night—these are seeds planted by God for a divine purpose.
Writing isn’t just a craft. It’s a calling.
When you sit down to write—whether a blog, a book, a devotion, or a testimony—you are stepping into the sacred. Your pen becomes a vessel. Your keyboard becomes an altar. Your obedience echoes eternity.
You may face doubt. The blank page may threaten to mock your effort. But remember: God doesn't call the equipped; He equips the called. He placed this gift in you because He trusts you to use it.
🔥 Encouragement for Today:
Your story may be the key to someone else’s healing.
Your obedience may be the bridge to someone else's faith.
Your “yes” to God may reach places your feet never will.
Do not underestimate the power of your words when they are surrendered to His will.
🕊️ Prayer:
Lord, thank You for calling me to write. Remind me daily that this gift is from You, and it’s meant to glorify You. Silence every lie that says I’m not good enough or that my words don’t matter. Speak through me. Let my stories bring healing, hope, and truth. In Jesus’ name, amen.
🎯 Today’s Challenge:
Write a paragraph, a prayer, or even a single sentence in faith. Offer it to God without editing. Just be faithful—and let Him do the rest.
