🔥 Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions
1️⃣ Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add oil and cook chicken until browned on both sides and cooked through.
3️⃣ Remove chicken and set aside briefly.
4️⃣ In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5️⃣ Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
6️⃣ Return chicken to the skillet and coat well in the sauce.
7️⃣ Let simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
🥄 Chuckwagon Serving Tip
Serve this delicious skillet with:
Rice 🍚
Mashed potatoes 🥔
Or roasted vegetables
⭐ Campfire Tip
Let the sauce simmer low and slow—it thickens naturally and gives that rich, sticky glaze cowboys would love.
