Good morning! š¤ Todayās chuckwagon recipe brings a little sweet and savory goodnessĀ to the trail! This dish is simple, flavorful, and made in one skilletāperfect for busy days while still feeling like a home-cooked blessing.

ššÆ Ingredients
1½ lbs chicken (thighs or breast, cubed or whole)
1 tablespoon oil or butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried thyme
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
š„ Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions
1ļøā£ Heat a cast iron skilletĀ over medium heat.
2ļøā£ Add oil and cook chicken until browned on both sides and cooked through.
3ļøā£ Remove chicken and set aside briefly.
4ļøā£ In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5ļøā£ Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
6ļøā£ Return chicken to the skillet and coat well in the sauce.
