🎁 Christmas Craft Countdown – Day 14 (November 22)

Updated: Dec 3, 2025

Craft: “Names of Jesus Ornament” ✨✝️

Theme: Celebrating who Jesus is — Savior, Prince of Peace, Emmanuel.

❤️ What You’ll Need:

  • Clear plastic or glass ornament

  • Small strips of parchment paper, kraft paper, or white cardstock

  • A black pen or calligraphy marker

  • Gold ribbon or twine

  • Optional:

    • Gold or silver glitter

    • Mini star confetti

    • Small wooden cross

    • Metallic marker for decorating the ornament exterior

✨ Directions:

1. Write the Names of Jesus

On each paper strip, write one name of Jesus, such as:

  • Emmanuel

  • Prince of Peace

  • Light of the World

  • Savior

  • Lamb of God

  • Messiah

  • King of Kings

  • Wonderful Counselor

Write as many as you’d like — the more strips, the fuller the ornament will look.

2. Fill the Ornament

  • Roll or curl each strip slightly.

  • Place them inside the ornament gently.

  • Add a pinch of glitter or star confetti for sparkle.

3. Add Decoration

  • Tie a gold ribbon around the top.

  • Add a tiny wooden cross or star if you want added symbolism.

  • Optional: Write “Jesus” in gold across the outside of the ornament.

4. Hang & Display

This ornament makes a beautiful tree decoration or a meaningful handmade gift for a loved one.

✝️ Faith Reflection:

Isaiah 9:6 (KJV) —“For unto us a child is born… and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

This craft reminds us that Jesus is everything we need — hope, peace, comfort, and salvation
