Craft: “Peace on Earth Dove Ornament” 🕊️✨🌍

Theme: A symbol of peace, hope, and the Holy Spirit — perfect for Thanksgiving Day and the Christmas season.

❤️ What You’ll Need:

• White felt or white cardstock

• Dove template (simple silhouette)

• Gold ribbon or twine

• Gold paint pen or metallic marker

• Mini olive branch decoration OR green paper leaves

• Hot glue gun

• Optional:

  • White glitter

  • Small pearl or rhinestone

  • Thin wire for shaping a tiny olive branch

✨ Directions:

1. Cut Out the Dove

• Use a dove silhouette template or draw a simple dove shape.

• Cut it from white felt for a soft, elegant look — or cardstock for a smooth, crisp finish.

2. Add the Message

• With a gold paint pen, write “Peace” or “Peace on Earth” across the dove’s body.

• You may also add the year “2025” on the wing.

3. Decorate the Wings

• Brush a thin line of glue along the wing edge.

• Lightly sprinkle white glitter for a shimmering effect.

• Optional: Add a small pearl or rhinestone for elegance.

4. Add the Olive Branch

• Glue a tiny faux olive leaf, greenery sprig, or green paper leaves near the dove’s beak.

• If using wire, twist a tiny olive branch shape and glue it into place.

5. Create the Hanger

• Attach gold ribbon or twine to the top of the dove.

• Tie securely and trim neatly.

6. Display

• Hang on your Christmas tree

• Add to a wreath

• Use as a beautiful gift tag

• Or display on a mantle garland
