1️⃣ Slow-Cooker Beef Tips with Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs stew beef

  • 1 packet onion soup mix

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp pepper

Instructions:Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 7–8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.

Tip: Add a splash of Worcestershire for rich cowboy flavor.

2️⃣ Chuckwagon Chicken & Stuffing Supper

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 box stuffing mix

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup water

Instructions:Place chicken in crockpot, mix remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 5–6 hours.

Tip: Add a handful of frozen green beans or corn for a full meal.

3️⃣ Cowboy BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lb pork shoulder

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • ½ cup root beer or cola

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:Cook on low 8–10 hours until tender. Shred and serve on buns with coleslaw.

Tip: Great for Christmas Eve or New Year’s parties!

4️⃣ Hearty Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb stew beef

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 3 potatoes, diced

  • 3 carrots, sliced

  • 1 cup corn

  • 1 cup green beans

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • Salt, pepper, and thyme to taste

Instructions:Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Tip: Add a dash of hot sauce for a chuckwagon twist!

5️⃣ Creamy Potato Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 can cream-style corn

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup milk or cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:Add all ingredients except milk and cheese. Cook on low 6–7 hours, stir in milk and cheese at the end.

Tip: Sprinkle bacon bits and green onions on top when serving.
