Crockpot Creamy Chicken & StuffingĀ šŸ”šŸ„”

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery or mushroom soup

  • ½ cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken or savory herb flavor)

  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (or fresh carrots & green beans)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Garnish: chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Spray crockpot lightly with cooking spray.

  2. Lay chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together soups, sour cream, and broth. Pour over chicken.

  4. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top, then add vegetables.

  5. Cover and cook:

    • Low:Ā 6–7 hours

    • High:Ā 3–4 hours

  6. Stir gently before serving to combine the stuffing and sauce.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley — comfort food made simple!
