Crockpot Creamy Chicken & StuffingĀ šš„
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery or mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)
1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken or savory herb flavor)
1 ½ cups chicken broth
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (or fresh carrots & green beans)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Garnish: chopped parsley
Instructions:
Spray crockpot lightly with cooking spray.
Lay chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot.
In a medium bowl, whisk together soups, sour cream, and broth. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top, then add vegetables.
Cover and cook:
Low:Ā 6ā7 hours
High:Ā 3ā4 hours
Stir gently before serving to combine the stuffing and sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley ā comfort food made simple!
