Crockpot Country Beef & Noodles đđ
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs beef stew meat (or chuck roast, cut into chunks)
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
3 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
12 oz egg noodles (cooked separately near the end)
Garnish: chopped parsley or a sprinkle of parmesan
Instructions:
Place beef in the crockpot and top with onion and garlic.
Add cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and parsley. Stir gently.
Cover and cook:
Low:Â 7â8 hours
High:Â 4â5 hours
About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles separately and stir them into the crockpot mixture.
Let everything blend together for the last 15â20 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley or parmesan.
