🌿 Daily Devotional – October 5 🌿

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”—Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)

There are moments in life when the path ahead feels uncertain—when the answers seem just out of reach and the way forward isn’t clear. In those moments, God calls us to trust Him completely.

Trusting in the Lord means letting go of our need to control every outcome and resting in the truth that He sees the full picture. When we lean on our own understanding, we limit ourselves to what we can see. But when we lean on God, He leads us to what He has already prepared.

Each day, God is gently guiding our steps—even when we don’t realize it. When we acknowledge Him in every decision, every fear, and every dream, He promises to direct our paths. His timing is perfect, and His plan is good.

Reflection for Today: Are you trying to carry something God has asked you to trust Him with? Release it today, and let His peace guide your heart.

Prayer: Lord, teach me to trust You fully and not lean on my own understanding. Lead me in Your ways and help me to follow Your direction with faith and peace. Amen.
