🌤 Daily Devotional: “Still in His Care”

🌤 Daily Devotional: “Still in His Care”

Scripture:

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”— 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)

Grief has a way of making us feel like we’re walking through life with an invisible weight that no one else can see. Some days it’s lighter; other days it presses so deeply you can hardly breathe. But even when it feels like no one understands, God does—and He cares.

He doesn’t just see your pain; He feels it. He doesn’t ask you to carry it alone; He invites you to place it in His hands. “Casting all your care upon Him” is not a one-time act—it’s a daily surrender. It’s saying, “Lord, I can’t carry this today,” and trusting that He can.

God’s care is not conditional on our strength or faithfulness—it’s rooted in His character. Even when you’re weary, uncertain, or questioning, His love never changes. The same God who held you yesterday still holds you today.

Your story isn’t over, and your heart isn’t beyond repair. The One who made it knows how to heal it. Every tear, every ache, every quiet prayer whispered in the night—He holds them all close, because you are still in His care.

đź’› Prayer:

Heavenly Father,Thank You for caring for me even when I struggle to care for myself. Help me to release my worries, sorrow, and pain into Your hands. Remind me daily that I am never alone—that Your love surrounds me and Your care sustains me through every moment of grief. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
