🌿 February 13 Grief Support Devotional: ā€œYou Are Still Hereā€

ā€œYou Are Still Hereā€

Scripture:ā€œIt is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.ā€ā€” Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV)

There are days in grief when simply being here feels like an accomplishment.

Getting up.Breathing through the ache.Making it through another date on the calendar.

If that is you today, hear this gently:

You are still here.

And that matters.

Grief can feel consuming, but God’s mercy is stronger. His compassion does not run out when you feel tired. His faithfulness does not fade when your strength feels small.

Some days, survival is sacred. Some days, endurance is brave. Some days, just continuing is an act of faith.

You may not feel victorious. You may not feel healed. But you are still standing—and God’s compassion has carried you this far.

Today, don’t measure your progress by how you feel.Measure it by this truth:You are still here. And God is still faithful.

šŸ¤ Prayer

Lord,Thank You for the mercy that carries me through each day. When grief feels overwhelming, remind me that Your compassion never fails. Help me see that simply continuing is enough for today. Hold me steady in Your faithful love.In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
