🌸 Daily Devotional – Thankful for His Gentle Leading

Scripture:“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”— Psalm 23:1–2 (KJV)

Reflection:Life is full of twists, turns, and unexpected valleys. But the beautiful truth is this: we are not walking alone. The Lord is our Shepherd, and He gently leads us with wisdom, love, and perfect care.

Sometimes He leads us beside still waters—places of peace, rest, and refreshing. Other times He leads us through valleys that feel overwhelming. Yet in every season, His hand is steady, His guidance sure, and His presence constant.

God doesn’t rush us. He doesn’t push us. He leads us. He knows the safest routes, the quiet places where our souls can breathe, and the right time for every step.

When we follow Him, we can walk in peace—even when the path is unfamiliar—because the Shepherd is always good, always faithful, and always near.

Meditation:Take a moment today to thank God for leading you—sometimes gently, sometimes firmly, but always with love. Whisper: “Lord, lead me today.”

Prayer:Father, thank You for being my Shepherd. Thank You for guiding me with love and protecting me with Your presence. Help me to follow Your leading with trust and peace. Walk with me today beside the still waters of Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 💜
