🌷 Daily Devotional – Thankful for the God Who Sustains Us

Reflection:Life brings moments that feel heavier than we can carry. Worries stack up, unexpected situations press in, and our hearts can feel overwhelmed. But the beautiful promise of God is this: we were never designed to carry our burdens alone.

God invites us to cast—not gently place—but cast our burdens onto Him. To throw the weight we’re tired of holding straight into His capable, loving hands. And when we do, He doesn’t just take the burden… He sustains us.

He gives the strength we lack.He provides peace in the middle of pressure.He holds us steady when life tries to shake us.

God is not just a listener of our prayers—He is the lifter of our soul. Every burden you release to Him becomes a blessing He uses to strengthen your faith.

Meditation:Take a slow breath and whisper: “Lord, I give this to You.”Think of one burden today—big or small—and trust Him with it completely.

Prayer:Father, thank You for being my sustainer. When I feel overwhelmed, You hold me up. Teach me to cast my burdens onto You and trust that You will carry what I cannot. Strengthen my heart today and fill me with Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 💜
