🌅 Daily Devotional: “When the Night Feels Long”

🌅 Daily Devotional: “When the Night Feels Long”

Scripture:

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”— Psalm 30:5 (KJV)

There are nights when grief feels endless—when memories come flooding back, and the silence feels too loud. Those are the nights when time seems to stand still, and you wonder if the heaviness will ever lift.

But even in those long, tear-stained nights, God is near. He doesn’t rush you through the pain or ask you to move on before you’re ready. Instead, He sits beside you in the darkness, holding your heart with a love that never lets go.

The promise in Psalm 30:5 doesn’t deny our sorrow—it redeems it. Weeping may endure for a night—yes, grief is real and deep—but joy comes in the morning. The night will not last forever. There will be light again. There will be laughter again. There will be peace again.

Every sunrise is a reminder that no night of sorrow can outlast the love of God. He will bring beauty out of what feels broken and healing from what feels impossible. Hold on, dear heart—the morning is coming. đŸŒ€

💛 Prayer:

Lord,When the nights feel long and my heart feels heavy, remind me that Your promise still stands. Help me to trust that joy will return in Your timing. Thank You for being near when I can’t see the light and for carrying me until morning comes. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
